Cancellation Policy

5th House

This policy applies only to ready-made wall art products offered by 5th House.

1. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed once:
    • The product is selected, and
    • Payment (full or advance) is received.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
  • If canceled before dispatch:
    • A full refund will be issued,
    • After deducting any payment gateway or administrative charges (if applicable).

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the wall art product has been dispatched:
    • Cancellation is not allowed.
    • The product will not be eligible for refund due to logistics and handling constraints.

4. Non-Eligible Cancellation Cases

Cancellation will not be accepted if:

  • The product is already dispatched
  • The delay is caused by courier/logistics partners
  • The customer changes their mind after dispatch

5. Studio-Initiated Cancellation

If 5th House Design Studio is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:

  • The customer will be informed immediately.
  • A full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order or making payment, the customer agrees to this Cancellation Policy for Ready-Made Wall Art Products.

Cancellation Policy – Wallpaper Printed Products

5th House

This policy applies to all custom-designed and custom-printed wallpaper products.

1. Order Confirmation

  • A wallpaper order is considered confirmed only after:
    • Final design approval is received (email/WhatsApp), and
    • Advance payment is made.
  • Once confirmed, the order is scheduled for printing and production.

2. Cancellation Before Design Approval

  • If the client requests cancellation before final design approval:
    • The order may be canceled.
    • The advance payment will be partially refundable after deducting:

      • Design charges
      • Administrative and processing costs.

3. Cancellation After Design Approval

  • Once the final design is approved:
    • Cancellation is not allowed, even if printing has not yet started.
  • This is because the design is created exclusively for the client and prepared for production.

4. Cancellation After Printing Begins

  • If printing or production has started:
    • No cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation After Dispatch or Delivery

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the wallpaper has been dispatched or delivered.
  • No refunds will be issued after dispatch or delivery.

6. Client Delay or Non-Response

  • If production or delivery is delayed due to:
    • Late approvals
    • Payment delays
    • No response from the client beyond 3 working days
      the order will be treated as active and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

7. Studio-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases where 5th House is unable to fulfill the order due to technical or operational issues:

  • The client will be informed immediately.
  • A full refund will be issued.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
