Return & Replacement Policy

5th House Art & Decor

At 5th House, all wallpapers and wall art products are custom-designed and made to order. We follow a strict quality-check process before dispatch. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. No Return Policy (Custom Products)

  • All wallpapers and wall art are:

     

    • Custom-designed
    • Printed or produced on order
    • Created as per client-approved specifications

       

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once:
    • Design approval is provided, or
    • Printing/production has begun, or
    • The product has been delivered

This applies to both wallpaper printed products and custom wall art.

2. Design & Product Approval Responsibility

  • Clients must carefully review:
    • Final design
    • Colors
    • Size and layout
    • Material selection
  • Once approval is shared via email or WhatsApp, the order is considered final.
  • No return or refund will be accepted for:
    • Design-related issues approved by the client
    • Size or color preferences after approval

3. Replacement Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Printing defects
  • Material defects
  • Incorrect product supplied due to studio error

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photo/video proof must be shared.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

➡️ Approved cases will be reprinted or replaced at no additional cost.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

Return or replacement will not be applicable for:

  • Minor color variation due to screen-to-print differences
  • Damage during or after installation by client or third party
  • Damage caused during handling after delivery
  • Improper storage or installation
  • Changes requested after final approval
  • Delays caused by courier or external logistics partners

     

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timeline:

     

    • Design → Printing → Delivery: 5–7 working days
  • Delays due to late approvals, payment issues, or force majeure do not qualify for return or refund.

     

6. Refund Policy

  • Since all products are custom-made:
    • Refunds are not applicable once printing or production has started.
  • In rare cases where replacement is not possible due to studio fault, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, approving the design, or making payment, the client confirms acceptance of this Return & Replacement Policy.
